Dr. Larry Rosen is Past Chair and Professor of Psychology at California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is a research psychologist with specialties in generational differences, parenting, child and adolescent development, and educational psychology, and is recognized as an international expert in the Psychology of Technology.

He is co-author with Adam Gazzaley of “The Distracted Mind: Ancient Brains in a High-Tech World 

In this candid interview with Kate Kunkel, Dr. Rosen explains what obsession with devices does to our brains, and how anxiety and other mental health issues can be exacerbated with overuse.
